Our products are fairly true-to-size. Tees have a slim, longer than average fit but typically do not require any up/down-sizing. See individual product descriptions for more information on each item.
We recommend washing apparel with cold water, in a gentle cycle, with like colors and hang-drying to avoid shrinkage. This will also prevent fading.
Currently, all graphic tees are printed in-house at our Charlotte, NC shop and warehouse. Anything requiring assembly (hats, fleece, changing towels, outerwear, etc) is also made locally but down the street at our cut/sew facility in the Noda neighborhood.

Most orders will ship within 48 hours of placing the order online. Custom graphic tees and hoodies will have longer production times since they are made to order. Expect 3-5 days for custom tees; 7-10 days for custom hoodies. Time in transit will vary due to proximity.
No problem, email us at within 15 days of receiving your order. We will send you a shipping label to return the unworn item(s) and exchange it for the correct size. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange or refund the sale of any custom products unless it is due to manufacturer defect.
